Before building AI systems for other businesses, we ran them ourselves. That means we understand what it actually takes to manage a growing operation — the repetitive work, the bottlenecks, the things that fall through the cracks when the team is stretched.

We started this practice because most AI consultancies pitch technology first and understand your business second. We work the other way around. Operations first. Then we work out whether AI is the right tool — and if it is, which system is worth building.

Every client we take on gets senior involvement from day one. We are not a firm that sells you in and hands you to a junior. The people scoping your system are the people building it.
